Speedminton UK coached around 3000 children under the banner of the Badminton Roadshow at the Badminton World Team Championships in Glasgow.

We had two Tennis Courts transfered into Speedminton Courts and played all day long with school children from various parts of Scotland. We had lots of interest from the schools and Badminton Clubs who are now thinking of taking up Speedminton during their summer break.

The whole event was a great success for us and Badminton Scotland think we rock. We even sold sets to high officials of the Badminton foundation.

Believe it or not we even had lots of people who wanted to buy our white tracksuits-uniforms. Many happy children also walked away with autographes from the official Great Britain Speed Badminton Team.

Speedminton presented itself very professionally and the international badminton community is now fully aware of us. Everyone said what great fun our sport is and that all the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
